Meet our Team
Amy Stone (Newell) is a native of Middle Tennessee. She began her career in Property Management in 2006. With a strong work ethic and an advanced background in maintenance and investment portfolio management, she can take care of your PM needs. She effectively handles day-to-day operations while delivering quality customer service to clients and residents. What can be of more value to you than having someone representing you that not only brings experience but also a strong knowledge and understanding in an industry that changes daily?!
In 2017, Amy struck out on her own and in 2018, founded Coming Home to Nashville, LLC, her very own coffee-table business. Coming Home to Nashville was built on a solid foundation of experience and hard work. She’s a member of the Tennessee REALTORS® Association, the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Association, and a professional member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Through NARPM®, she earned her Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation in 2012. She served two terms as President for the Nashville Chapter of NARPM® and is proud to have served the members of this great organization over the years! Past Board roles include Past-President, President, Vice-President, Program Coordinator, and Secretary.
Amy’s husband, Ryan, is a local firefighter. They have two puppers, Belle and Teddy, and in 2022, welcomed their first daughter, Adaline. In 2023, they completed their family with the arrival of their second daughter, Amelia. They couldn’t be happier to raise a family in their beloved home in East Nashville!

My name is Aneesa Miles. I am the Executive Services Coordinator at Coming Home to Nashville, LLC. My goal is to assist and facilitate the needs of our Clients, Residents, Vendors and Agents. I currently work remotely with Vacancy Marketing, and Vetting Vendors. I have hopes to cultivate a more “in-person” role in the future. I am the mother to a fiercely beautiful, independent and intelligent daughter. I work full time as a First Responder in the City of Nashville. I am a multi-generational resident of Middle Tennessee.
