    A simple credit check is NOT enough. We conduct a careful review of each applicant’s background. In addition to reviewing credit history, we conduct a criminal background check, an eviction search, rental judgement search, and income/rental verifications. We commit to doing out due diligence in placing a quality renter in our client’s investments.
  • Rent Collection & Proceeds

    We streamline this process! You will have 24-hour access to live accounting throughout the month and all rent proceeds are sent via direct deposit.
  • Maintenance

    We evaluate and document property conditions at move-in as well as move-out, and compile a list of necessary repairs. We have long-standing relationships with many dependable maintenance vendors. Many of our vendors specialize in their own distinctive trade while others offer a broad range of services. We will recommend the best contact for the job and confidently know they will go above and beyond to achieve the most cost-effective approach possible!

    We will also make suggestions for upgrades to the home to help you budget for larger projects in the future while keeping your home up-to-date for future resale value. Our number one goal is to lower your expenses while taking great care of your property!

  • Financial Reporting

    In addition to live accounting in your Owner Portal, you will receive a monthly Owner's Statement itemizing all income and expenses for that given month. Each year, you will also receive an end-of-year statement along with a 1099 making tax time a breeze! You and your accountant will love this!
