"I am leaving this review as a former tenant of a property managed by Amy at Coming Home to Nashville. This was our first time renting and communicating with a property manager in lieu of the landlord directly, and it ran much more smoothly than I expected. Ms. Stone was such a professional. The portal was updated with our lease documentation and move in photos and allowed us to enter any work requests and pay our rent. Documentation was provided for the set-up of utilities, move out instructions, etc. She provided recommendation for lawn care...something we never had to manage before so we needed help. Each of the very few issues we had were handled swiftly. Amy went above and beyond when we had concerns, even offering to bring us large coolers and ice to preserve frozen foods when we were waiting for repairs to be done on our freezer. We moved because the homeowner decided to sell, but Amy made sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. She answered all the questions we had about access to the home and site visits, and communicated with the realtors to make sure our items were respected during walk throughs.
