  • Technology through our Lockbox Monitoring program allows residents to complete self-guided viewings when scheduling doesn't line up

  • PetScreening - this is required for all applications - those with pets, verification of assistance animals, and even those without pets sign an affidavit stating they will not bring in unauthorized pets
  • We will collect the security deposit within three days of application approval

25% Lease Renewal Fee

  • We renegotiate the terms of the Lease at renewal time each year, executing a brand new contract
  • Implementation of any changes to the law, policies and procedures, or any terms agreed upon in negotiations
