- PetScreening - this is required for all applications - those with pets, verification of assistance animals, and even those without pets sign an affidavit stating they will not bring in unauthorized pets
- We will collect the security deposit within three days of application approval
- Writing and executing the Lease Agreement on your behalf
- Obtain proof of renters insurance prior to move-in
- Coordinating the transfer of utility services
- Collecting any additional deposits or payments such as pet fees, pet deposits, or pet rent, or flat-rate utility payments, or expenses the resident has agreed to per the Lease Agreement

25% Lease Renewal Fee
- We renegotiate the terms of the Lease at renewal time each year, executing a brand new contract
